England Vs India - Third test match squad

England have named an unchanges 12 man squad for the final test of the 3 match series against India to be held at the Oval.
 
England must win this decisive test to retain their unbeaten home test series record. Uncapped Stuart Broad is again named in the squad, however after impressive bowling displays from Chris Tremlett and Jimmy Anderson in the second test, along with Ryan Sidebottom's impressive earlier form, Broad looks set to step aside once again:

England Twenty 20 World Cup Squad

The England squad for the 2007 Twenty 20 world cup has been announced, and presumably with Ashley Giles' ringing endorsement of selecting Twenty 20 specialists in the squad the selectors appear to have heeded 'his' advice! With the call up of James Kirtly, Darren Maddy, Jeremy Snape (who was a coach during England's winter tour to Australia), Luke Wright and the resurgent Chris Schofield, who was plucked from near obscurity by Surrey part way through the 2006 season and went onto be the leading wicket taker in the domestic Twenty 20 competition this year!

Matt Prior hits debut Test ton

Matt Prior (Picture) opening his England batting account with a rapid and unbeaten 126 off only 128 balls, becoming the first England wicket keeper to hit a century on their debut.

Prior starred as England declared on 553 - 5, with three other England batsmen also hitting centuries (the first time since 1938), Allistar Cook scored 105, the increasingly key figure of Paul Collingwood was bowled for 111 and Ian Bell remained unbeaten with Prior on 109.

The third day ended with the West Indies on 363 for 7
